Performs other job related duties as assigned.Provides formal and informal support of Administrative Fellowship program as directed by the Program Sponsor.Plans, organizes, and coordinates all ancillary services scheduled meetings to ensure proper follow up, vetting of information, and professional presentation.Manages RFP/RFQ process to ensure compliance with established operational timelines to meet the needs of the network.Manages contracts for assigned areas to ensure proper routing, timeliness & execution of contracts for the division.Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Subject matter expert in budget planning and management, helping others to interpret and understand individual site results.


Schedules and prepares monthly dashboards to review performance of revenue cycle departments including key performance indicators, benchmarks, metrics, revenue and operational goals for each entity.Designs, develops and implements continual process improvement projects as designated by Nursing Administration and/or Ancillary Services.Compiles and manipulates data with the expectation of presenting Business Case Initiatives for committee review.Builds and maintains current financial and operational reports for Nursing Administration and Ancillary Services.Provides analytical support for Managers, Directors, Executive Directors and Vice President.Plans, organizes, coordinates and evaluates the functions of all revenue departments, including supply chain/utilization, productivity within departments reporting to Nursing Administration and Ancillary Services.Manages staff to include disciplining, coaching, counseling, preparing, and administering departmental performance evaluations.

The Manager will provide analytical support for administrative, financial, operational and strategic objectives for the division and clinical leaders.
